Welcome to Automated Solutions' MiniHMI example application.
This application was built using Visual Basic and Automated Solutions' Modbus/TCP ActiveX Control. MiniHMI demonstrates some of the capabilities of the ActiveX Control and can be used as a starting point for developing your own application. VB source code is included with this application and can be found in the install directory.
Simply select the tab that corresponds to the desired function, fill in the appropriate values, and press the read/write button to initiate a transaction. The Read Registers and Read Discretes tabs allow for automated polling at a pre-determined timer interval.
