PAM's funding screen allows bank investments, third party and mezzanine investors, as well as developer contributions. Terms can be linked to the Bank of England base rate (which PAM automatically monitors if you have an Internet connection). Also visible on this screenshot is PAM's Residual Land Calculator which can instantly give you a value for your scheme's land, using various target types.
