This is the contact screen. Notice the tabs at the bottom allowing you to select, credit card, shipping, schedules, memo, and support listings. These are all optional, so if you don't need shipping, you can turn off the shipping tab.
On the General tab, all the fields like disk type, demo sent, etc. are all user defined fields you set up once to match your type of business.
