Once the clients' travel requirements have been captured in Travelogic, the next step is to create a quote for the client.
What is normally a time consuming process (in excel or other systems), especially when multiple quotes are required to cater for various group sizes and tour dates, Travelogic simplifies and automates this task, seamlessly.
Building the quote is as simple as selecting services to add. Existing quotations (saved as templates) can be copied into new travel requests, which allows for re-use of common itineraries for group-series tours, and pre-defined packages, or even simple FIT's.
As the itinerary is being created, the system automatically draws in supplier rates for the different trip scenarios you want to present. Your database, with it's up-to-date supplier rates allows Travelogic to combine services from varying suppliers (even one's you only use once-off) to form one or more quotes as required by the client.
