Our company offers three accouting software packages; Attaché Catapult, Attaché Business Partner and Prophet Business Software.
Attache Catapult and Attache Business Partner share a reputation for ease of use, flexibility, speed and reliability. Attaché Catapult is designed for businesses with 3 - 90 employees who may be outgrowing their traditional single-user accountancy packages. It offers fast network performance, strong General Ledger, Order Entry and Stock Control and the ability to expand with the business.
For users who require more functions and features, Attaché Business Partner is suited to businesses with 10-90 employees and includes additional modules such as Cash Register, Payroll and Purchasing. Both packages are available on cash or monthly subscription and have an extensive user base within New Zealand and Australia.
Prophet has a 20-year history in NZ and has over 3,000 registered users. It is suited to businesses with between 5 and 100 staff and the modular system offers you tremendous flexibility.
Prophet modules can be purchased individually, or purchase one of our module "packs" which offer a core set of modules at great value. You can add specialised modules to your system at any time. Examples of what's available are Job Costing, Bill of Materials, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Sales and Purchase Analysis, Special Pricing and the ODBC Driver (- to allow you to export information into other programs). Prophet is also available on a cash or monthly subscription basis.
Prophet Business Software (Windows) offers you many time-saving features, including drill-down to view original transaction entries, user preferences which are saved for individual use, read-only access on master file screens, graphical report layouts and much more.
We have a great new electronic document delivery and tracking service, called "Attaché Alex". This can be used with all three packages. Alex allows you to email, fax, or mail documents such as quotes, invoices, statements, remittances and purchase orders. Sent documents are tracked and managed via a secure web site and emails are sent without attachments, minimising risk of virus. A minimum monthly fee covers the first 50 emailed documents, or the equivalent number of faxes.
For fast and easy analysis of financial statements and budget setting, we have "Attaché Optimist". Optimist starts where the General Ledger ends, providing fast and easy analysis of financial statements. It allows you to perform "what if" analysis on existing data and goalseek the desired outcomes. Optimist can be used as a stand-alone system, or with third party software, e.g. MYOB, Solution 6, and Attaché & Prophet.
For sophisticated sales analysis and reporting, SalesMatrix is available. It allows you to identify current sales performance, produce sales forecasts and test strategies. You can view the correlating factors between customers, products and salespeople and identify how each factor can be managed to maximise sales performance. SalesMatrix contains advanced tools such as Traffic light analysis and seasonal smoothing and can be linked to any ODBC source.

We offer a competitive stationery/computer forms service for all our software users, e.g. invoice and statement paper, remittances, payslips and dispatch labels. Standard orders are delivered freight free in New Zealand.
