The General Ledger System from Legler Systems supports multiple online users with many special features for handling the general ledger and financial reporting functions in small to mid-size orgranizations.;This customizable GL System software can be run as a stand-alone application or integrated with other modules, such as the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Systems.;In addition to the operational, security and technical features mentioned on our web site, some functional features of this general ledger module are highlighted below:;1. The definition of line items in the financial statements, such as the Income Statement, are user defined by separate Code Definition Records.;2. Separate actual and budget amount fields are defined for each account and department combination in the Acount Master Record for faster processing when printing financial reports.;3. The user controls the month-end closing process by executing a separate online procedure GL06.;4. Flexible reporting capability allows the user to request and print 39 different GL reports.;A free working demo of the GL System is available upon request.
