Relational Financial Systems (RFS) is a fully-integrated accounting/distribution software system consisting of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Inventory Control and Purchase Order. This system is capable of running all aspects of a company's business, from entering orders, to verifying inventory availability, to procuring a product then processing the shipment, producing an invoice and recording the transaction throughout the accounting system.;RFS enables our customers to maximize profits and streamline business processes by utilizing real-time financial information, customized reporting, and automatic inventory replenishment. RFS core G/L functionality includes: account structure flexibility of up to 11 levels and 50 characters, flexibility with reporting, unlimited number of open periods, completely automated inter-company entries, multi-company reporting and processing, sophisticated drill downs, on-line help, reopen closed periods, consolidation of sub-modules and bank reconciliation.
