Simplicity/400 - Simply Financials consisting of Accounts Payable and General Ledger was designed to be a simple but thorough financial software package for users to operate and for programmers to modify. Although the modules interface with each other, they may be purchased individually.
To assist the users, we have simple but complete user documentation written using Microsoft® Word®. The screens display most of the information required, such as valid command and function keys and field options, to inform the user of the required operations. The user can add any desired "help notes" to the documentaion using any PC.
For the programmer, extensive internal documentation in all RPG source code has been used for each program. As a bonus, the source code is provided free of charge with each module. The programs were written in a similar fashion using our very stringent in-house standards developed in 1982 to make our programs consistent.
