The double-entry accounting system for medium and large companies is the type of modern accounting system which enables interactive and batch data entry, running bookkeeping and complete monitoring of the unit´s economy. It delivers outputs for company´s management information in freely selected terms. The system is flexible, the chart of accounts, organisation units, documents types, accounting rules (etc.) can be defined as parameters according to the needs of the user, they can be also changed any time. Accounts receivable and accounts payable may be kept in foreign currencies. The system enables automatic control of subsystem codes, automatic production of reminders and penalty payments calculation, production of statutory reports also by individual units and using the documents in as much as 7 balance accounts types, including automatic matching of balance accounts items based on accounting concepts and accounting units, CASH-FLOW monitoring. The interface for data transfer between the accounting system´s database and the database of application software of other companies are integrated into the accounting systems. This systems includes the reports generator, assures contacts to the bank and has many additional functions that are necessary for flawless economic routines of every business.
