Total Management is very versatile and can be setup to accommodate most any type of business. It supports multiple locations and can run via a web server or network server providing multiple modes of access for your employees. Total Management includes all of the basic accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Check Reconciliation and General Ledger. In addition, you also receive a full Contact Manager, Order Entry / Invoicing, Inventory Control, Purchase Orders and a Mailroom. All of these modules are fully integrated reducing data entry and unnecessary paper trails. The software supports eighteen different commission levels, multiple warehouses for inventory and a full security system to keep employees from exploring areas they should not see. Total Management supports multi-languages, multi-locations and a remote workforce.
