The Check Reconciliation System from Legler Systems supports multiple online users with special features for handling the bank checking account reconciliation function in small to mid-size organizations.;This CR System software can be run as a stand-alone application or integrated with the Accounts Payable and Payroll Systems.;In addition to many user-friendly and security features mentioned on our web site, the following features apply to this check reconciliation module:;1. Automatic matching of paid or cleared checks against those issued by the company.;2. Automatic setting of a check status code to indicate the current status (issued, voided, cleared, etc.) of each check in the system.;3. Ability to import/export mass check information to/from the CR System using procedure CR09 where the user specifies the fields to be processed.;4. Multiple bank accounts are supported by this CR System.;5. The Print Check Register procedure CR03 has an option to print all missing check numbers for audit review.;6. A batch date or bank statement date can be associated with each check cleared to facilitate balancing to bank statements.;7. Flexible reporting capability allows the user to request and print 24 different reports.;A free working demo of the CR System is available upon request.
