Additional Product Information

REBUS is a specialised management information system for the creative industry, our customers include; - Designers, PR Companies, Advertising Agencies and Architects. The product is designed to reflect the business process found in such industries with a clearly identified cycle of budget preparation, quotation generation, collation of actual time and cost information, billing and then reporting against budget. This is integrated with comprehensive sales, purchase and nominal ledger facilities., The recently introduced trafficking module allows for the creation and scheduling of user definable task lists for jobs which can be used to track progress and plan time accross the entire organisation., The user definable interface allows each user to have multiple views of jobs and job related information covering the broadest of senior management perspectives down to an individuals task list for a given day., Reporting facilities are comprehensive with some 60 standard reports on the system covering every aspect of the business. There is also an ad-hoc report writer included. Alternatively any ODBC compliant reporting tool (e.g. Crystal Reports or Microsoft Excel) may be used to access the data file., REBUS has the ability to publish data in real time in HTML format thus allowing access to information over the INTERNET. The input of timesheets and purchase orders over the INTERNET is currently available and this can be extended to other areas of the system on a bespoke basis.
