Product Components
1. Business process analysis
Simply buying software without also looking at lending procedures will not result in significant improvements. Sometimes the existing procedures are best, if so, the BFC MasterAPS workflow will be adapted to the institution. Otherwise, BFC's experienced consultants will work with the institution to adjust their lending procedures and aid change management.
2. APS customization
BFC MasterAPS is a fully functioning program, but is customizable to meet the needs of the institution. BFC routinely creates new features at the client's request.
3. Reporting
A standard array of reports comes bundled with BFC MasterAPS as well as a Business Intelligence suite for ad hoc reporting and analysis. The institution or our developers may use the included reporting tool to create custom reports.
4. Data import into BFC MasterAPS
BFC works with the institution's IT staff to extract data about existing clients into the MasterAPS ensuring historical data is not lost and becomes more easily accessible.
5. Comprehensive support
Documentation, source code, and continuing support ensure that BFC MasterAPS will continue serving the institution. BFC commits to continuing support, customization, and upgrades through the maintenance and support contract.
