DECIDE 123! (Tm) is a very easy to use Decision Support PC program for Cost - Benefit Analysis. New investment opportunities for product development, marketing, services or manufacturing are evaluated quickly and thoroughly. Results are reported in standard financial formats, such as Income and Cash-Flow Statements as well as Balance Sheets. Sensitivity analysis, as part of the program, provides additional scenarios for changes in Unit Sales, Selling Price and Cost of Sales.
