The easy to use design along with user security allows for authorized personnel to search, view or print records based on their access privileges. ;Searching the Reports management Database is performed through a simple to use "By Example" inquiry utilizing the index fields of Report Name, and/or Period End and/or Run Date. Once a report is being viewed, the text of the report can be searched by comparison or powerful Boolean expressions. In fact, all 'Hits" against a search can be set with the bookmark feature allowing visual identification while scrolling through the text.
