The Consolidate Companies program performs a consolidation process by extracting and combining the financial information of specified companies. The combined amounts are then posted to the Consolidated Company's financial information in the Peachtree database by period. By posting the amounts for each period, the user can produce period and year-to-date financials. The consolidated financial statement is viewed and printed from the Peachtree program by opening the consolidated company. *** Program Highlights **** *Consolidate up to 25 companies Complete detailed log showing periods and account type conflicts Accounting periods do not have to match. *Chart of accounts are merged automatically (no setup of consolidated company). *Retain Earning accounts may be different account numbers. *Consolidated Company may have eliminating entries. *Saves setup for next consolidate process. *Consolidates budget amounts.
