PowerLease is a lease and loan management system designed for equipment & vehicle finance businesses that require both contract and asset level functionality utilizing the latest technology. Every function in the system can be performed at both the contract & asset level empowering the users with a highly productive toolset and a wealth of information. PowerLease has been designed to track both the asset life cycle and the business cycle. This dual focus allows management the flexibility needed to run a broad range of businesses from consumer lending to commercial aircraft leasing. Since 1980, Myrrdin has released 11 versions of PowerLease, enhancing the functionality of its flagship product each time. The combination of asset based accounting, tax and product information with today's technology provides management with scalability and access to a single, fine-grained database. Using an asset based design, PowerLease delivers complete functionality at the asset level. Using 4 tier, distributed, super thin client server design, PowerLease can grow with your organization and be deployed at the desktop of every user. Built with industry standard 32 bit products, the system uses either Oracle or Sequel Server as its database and Windows NT, 2000 or XP for the operating system. All of these products are readily available and provided by multi-national vendors. With an open systems approach and table driven design, our client base operates in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. These different businesses use the multi-currency, multi-group accounting and multi-national tax rules to accommodate their country specific needs. PowerLease is used in the aircraft, banking, automotive and computer industries and by general equipment lessors of all sizes. PowerLease can be even more powerful when interfaced with other software for: Internet based Application and Credit Approval Systems., GL packages and other accounting systems, Sales, Use and Property Tax modules, "Ad Hoc" report writers, F.M.V. databases, Credit Bureaus, ACH or DD processing, UCC Processing systems, Insurance Management systems. Myrrdin continuously enhances the functionality of the system by developing and releasing new options on a regular basis. At present, PowerLease has over 30 separate options available for licensing. A recent innovation is "QwikLoad" - a spreadsheet based booking tool, allowing users the ability to load block assets in to the system from a Microsoft Access spreadsheet. This tool has been refined and successfully used in the data conversion process by several of our clients. It also serves as a universal, front end interface to PowerLease AutoPak, a full function suite designed with the vehicle lessor in mind. These functions include:, Summons Processing, Mileage Charges, Licence Removals, UCC Registrations, Insurance, Dealer Participation and Back-to-Back Financing.
