It also shows the remaining balance of principal after each payment, payment year and payment number. The total amount of payments and its distribution between principal and interest during the life of loan can be seen at the beginning of table. These information are shown on every page when amortization table is printed. ;Yearly Summary: The yearly summary table summarizes the amortization table on yearly basis and shows the amounts of total payments made during each year and its split between principal and interest.
