Additional Product Information
AzTech BACS for Windows is an easy-to-use PC-based BACS product which links with most accounting packages. The user base includes approximately 10,000 installed companies. AzTech BACS has been used as the first software compliant with the new IP communications and associated security technologies. The software may be installed in 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP environments. AzTech BACS comes with the ability to make direct debit and credit payments. Data is extracted from purchase ledger, payroll or sales ledger usually via an ASCII file and read via a configurable import facility. The input file is verified and read into the database, which is encrypted. A BACS submission file is then produced and transmitted to BACS via a modem. Reports can be produced at all stages, and can be printed if desired. ISCD and Modulus checking of account details to bank standards ensures a high degree of accuracy, checking the validity of account numbers and sort codes before the submission has even been made. Extensive user control features ensure high standards of security. Access can be restricted to product features as well as data held in the product. Full auditing facilities are available including payment transaction data. Remittance advices may be printed, the data exported for mail merging into a word processor, emailed, or faxed via an additional B.T. service., Additional services include: Full set-up, installation, testing and training service; training given on user and supervisor levels. Support desk hours 9.00am-9.00pm.
