Additional Product Information

Most credit, debit and charge card merchants undertake some form of authorisation for each payment transaction. For a variety of reasons, merchants may choose to carry out this authorisation in batch rather than authorise each transaction online. However, many of the subsequent rejected transactions are not as a result of genuine authorisation failures, but are due to the card details being entered incorrectly. Similarly, unsupported card schemes or insufficient card details may be inadvertently captured. For merchants authorising cards in batch, such problems represent a major source of administration costs and can result in poor customer service. BANK WIZARD for CARDS can eliminate these problems entirely. ;Summary of Features include:-;- Full validation of card scheme type.;- Modulus and length checking of card number.;- Configurable for selective card acceptance.;- Ensures requisite data is captured including issue number, card start and expiry dates.;- Powerful Application Programming Interface (API) facilitates embedding within existing payment application - allows card details to be checked as they are keyed-in.;- Direct User Interface version - standalone, easy to use and provides immediate benefits.;- Internet toolkit allows easy integration with web-based applications.;- Monthly updates via CD-ROM or the Internet.
