MKA's Automotive EDI/Release Accounting System was developed for ease and integration of electronic data tranmissions between your company and your Trading Partners. The system was developed to AIAG specifications and was designed for integration with MAPICS/XA. Its focus is to meet the demanding needs of automotive suppliers and other companies with similar needs even outside the automotive supplier community. The system is designed to be a part of MAPICS so that users can monitor information flow from start to finish without re-keying and maintaining multiple databases., Automotive EDI/Release Accounting provides full integration with MAPICS PDM, Inventory Management, MRP, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. Primary functions include: EDI Communications, Release Accounting and RAN Number Processing, Order Entry (automatic merge and/or manual entry), YTD Cumulative Tracking, Shipping and ASN's and Sales Analysis. , Optional Module provides "Smartlabel" bar code "scan to verify" capability to insure correct shipment of requested product to customers.
