PABA/Q runs on the proven and fail safe hardware platform iSeries (AS/400) which is used in Germany by more than 350 banks.
More than 20 years experience on the German banking market contributed to constantly enrich PABA/Q. During this period PABA/Q has been daily used in the back-office of more than 70 different banks.
Permanent product functional and technical development has enlarged PABA/Q target market, from initially foreign and investment banks, to universal banks. In close co-operation with all customer banks, the PABA/Q software is constantly enhanced and further developed in order to also support future bank market and legal requirements.
In addition, securities business and derivative instruments are supported by the products of sister company BSP Partners. Their software solutions include BSP TRADE and BSP INNOVA for Securities and Derivatives. Both systems have been seamlessly networked to PABA/Q. A highly integrated and exhaustive solution can thus be offered. We work together with partners for following functionality: E-Banking, Controlling and statutory reporting.

Through the standardised user-interface, the users quickly and easily find their way through PABA/Q. They are safely guided through the application by numerous input checks; contents-related mistakes are thus avoided. With the navigation module PABA/Compass and its corresponding graphical user-interface, PABA/Q is equipped with an especially clear and powerful enquiry system. Users can easily browse through the links between organisational units, business partners and financial products and compile flexible enquiries. A hierarchical navigation path allows for example to drill-down through an extensive information mine ranging from corporate, customers down to individual transactions and/or customer accounts. The use of the PABA/Compass is extremely simple. Similarly to MS-Explorer, the user can navigate through the various layers and select data range of an enquiry by a single mouse click.
Open Interfaces
