Loan Service System
The Loan Service System is designed to handle standard financing, however, multiple custom options allow the package to be tailored to accommodate needs ranging from creative financing, economic development loans, construction loans, mortgages, agricultural, commercial, installment, student, and lease/loans. There are 100 reports and 12 transaction types available, as well as the following additional options: 1098 Production with IRS Disk, 1099 Productions with IRS Disk, Calendar for Irregular Payments, General Ledger Interface, Escrow Accounting (4 accounts per loan), ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage), Prime Rate (10 tables), Pre-Computed Interest Module with Rule 78, Participation, and Economic Development Analysis.

The Loan Service System is very versitile to handle many different loan set-up variations. ;Loans may be sorted/reported by CLASS, TYPE and OFFICER. ;Customer accounts may be tied to multiple loans and sorted by CLASS or TYPE. ;Loan class is tied to GL accounts for GL account summary reporting and/or interfaced postings. ;Late charges and grace periods are user definable and tied to loan CLASS. ;There are 12 transaction types available: Regular Payment, Odd (Partial) Payment, Extra Principal ONLY Payment, Disbursement, Principal Added, Interest Added (to current balance), Opening, Closing (Pay-Off), Write-Off, Mark Down, Deferral, & Transaction Reversal (automatically rolls back all balances and dates).;100 reports available which may be sorted using date ranges, class, type, or loan officer where applicable. ;Amortization Module & Payment Coupon Maker included with the Loan Service System at no charge.
