Post to-dos and appointments from the contact's record. Interactive--click beside the entry and return to the contact's record. Auto-posts events into contact’s History page. Enter and track dates of importance in “Important Dates”.

Action items in the Planner can be viewed by type or all together. Uncompleted items automatically forward each day.
Create contact types and categorize using your own labels and methods. Find very precise groups and gather disparate groups into one actionable group.
Mailing module has pre-loaded letters and holds as many as wanted. A Letter Menu of each contact Type is automatically created, appearing whenever a contact of the same type is selected for mailing. Letters can be temporarily changed, deleted or created. A Letter History for every contact is maintained. Mailings include automatic mail-merge, and any letter may be individually changed before printing one or all letters. Mass faxes, labels or envelopes may be generated.
