Includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Equipment, Job Costing, Cash Management, Inventory, Purchase Order, and DOT Billing. ContrAcct integrates with a report writer - Crystal Reports software. Also provides password security, screen inquiry of printed reports and automated W-2's, 1099's and 941A's. Provides certified payroll, EEO paryoll, union reports, payroll checks, Accounts Payable checks, Accounts Receivable invoices and statements, retention tracking, aging reports and income statements. Prints balance sheets, cash flow statement. Performs internal posting from system to system. Offers automatic discount percentage and due date and assigns purchases account and vendor numbers. Provides unit price and lump sum invoicing. Offers automatic assignment of sales account number and customer number. Tracks checks wirtten but not yet released. Allows entry of miscellaneous cash transactions such as service charges. Includes automatic depreciation schedule calculation for both book and tax methods including straight line, 125, 150 and 200 percent declining balance, sum of the years digits, units of production and ACRS and MACRS.
