C2SS/SET - THE WEBBASED SERVICE EVENT TRACKING:::
C2SS/SET enables you to plan, supervise and control any kind of event with the aim of managing, optimising expenses as well as of documentation and traceability.
EVENTS
The term event is freely definable in C2SS/SET. This way it makes an individual adaptation to the needs of the company possible. Events can be inquiries, orders, appointments, failure indications, instructions, terminations etc. If required, events can be arranged in different groups with similar features.
WORKFLOW
Actions that are defined within the risk management can be automatically caused by certain events. Persons concerned in case of the occurrence of an event are automatically notified. All measures related to the events are structured and registered. Events can e.g. be classified according to their priority. This way the urgency of processing is stressed. Through C2SS/DMS the necessary documents are immediately provided. All events registered in C2SS/SET can be qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated. This way an evaluation of, for example, reaction time, task duration or costs is possible at any time. A permanently transparent and up-to-date process is guaranteed for all people involved.
CENTRAL KNOWLEDGE DATABASE
All measures that are taken during the cause of an event are categorised and commented. The employment of C2SS/SET this way creates a basis for the configuration of a knowledge database that can be used for the transfer of knowledge or the introduction of FAQs (online help system). Risks that go along with the process are realised in time and the necessary measures can be taken.

AUTOMATIC REQUEST DISTRIBUTION - ARD
C2SS/SET exceeds the simple documentation of events. With the help of the integrated ARD module the user or user groups concerned in case of the occurrence of an event are notified automatically via email, SMS or pager. Another constituent of the ARD module is the observer function. In case of the absence of a defined action in the defined reaction time, for example, the next higher level of administration is informed.
CALL FUNCTION
According to division, project or scope of duty, events are registered directly in C2SS/SET through an employee or a client. They can also be registered by the service personnel through the integrated call function. If required e.g. failures and tasks can be generated from the registered calls.
SEARCHING FOR DOCUMENTS
Events can be found, processed and viewed fast through the integrated searching for documents function.
