The software forecasts touch-point volumes (phone, web inquiries, e-mail, faxes), then writes schedules to meet service goals while containing labor costs. ;GMT Planet features real-time adherence, skill-based scheduling, resource leveling, "what if" modeling, costing/budgeting, off-phone-time scheduling, and provides vacation & meeting planners and calculators for trunking and queuing.;GMT Planet may be used in order-fulfillment centers and other departments, as well. It interfaces with time-and-attendance and payroll systems and offers an optional module in lieu of a T&A system.
