Psylvestris
Psylvestris is a customer system, which allows users to control all customer processes and manage all the resources used. It is modular and comprehensive, and can start with a simple helpdesk but build to cover all stages in all processes between you and your customer. There are 20 modules but you can start with a few and simply add users &/or modules.

The Psylvestris system is a comprehensive suite of software for anyone with customers. You define all the processes that go on between you and your customers. Using different modules, you manage the process and you can optionally measure and monitor the resources used in fulfilling the process. Modules include Call Mgt, Escalation, Knowledgebase, Suppliers, Mgt Reporting & Analysis, Change Mgt, Project Mgt, Time Mgt, Asset Mgt, Contract Mgt, Email Interface, Marketing, Source Code Control Interface and Sales or Deal Tracking. All modules are integrated - when one process becoming another e.g. a call becomes a bug report, then the process control is switched between modules and all data is transferred for FULL PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE support.;In addition, you can connect via classic client/server, or via our Remote client methods. The system is web enabled with our Psylvestris on the Web module and includes XML load facilities
