TixTime is web software for employee timesheet tracking, attendance, and scheduling in contact center environments.

If you are still using spreadsheets to manage time and attendance and scheduling tasks TixTime is the solution. Use TixTime to create your schedules and the timesheet will automatically generate events (such as lates) and keep you up to date on staffing conditions within your call center. Breaks are color coded to highlight staff that are due to take breaks.

Complete, accurate details are available for each employee and provide history of timesheets, schedules, availability, vacations, events, and an audit log to review any changes that have been made.
