History
Terregen began development on Outreach in late 2002, at the request of a local non-profit organization seeking to improve the way contact and membership information was handled and shared, improve the distribution of weekly email newsletters, and provide a foundation for web-enabling the signup and renewal process. Initially the product was designed to provide data exports for use in form letters as well, but in an effort to provide as complete a product as possible, the ability to generate form letters and labels was added to the feature list.
