Contact Management provides one database for all of your leads, customers, suppliers, regulators and competitors. The data is easy to maintain and find for reports and mailing lists. Users in different departments can share information and segment the information. Contact Management focuses on your business contacts with an interactive on-line Diary, Mailing List and Notes system. The database focuses on accounts (addresses) with notes, user defined attributes and contacts within the account. The contacts also have notes, can be assigned to mulitple mailing lists and diary actions. Diary actions can be reviewed and re-assigned. Additional features of Release 5.0 include revising the screens to be more intuitive for windows clients, in particular Newlook. A PDA download function and enhanced search capabilities using the user defined attributes.
