Tracker
Tracker is a powerful, affordable customer service and customer support application built on Microsoft industry standards. Tracker is tightly integrated with Outlook, so you don't have to abandon the email client you use for the rest of your business. You can create a ticket or journal entry in Tracker from Outlook or generate an email from Tracker using the Outlook interface. In either case, it only takes a single click to perform.
Tracker also offers the ability for extreme collaboration. Open tickets to outside parties such as vendors to capture all information and share between investigators or support agents. Another way Tracker helps you collaborate is that it helps you create a bridge between your customers and a vendor if you are a reseller.
