Wintouch eCRM is Web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with application solutions for Customer Support/Service, Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Marketing Automation (MA). All software is installed on the IBM AS/400 server along with the database that is either shared or integrated with the back-end enterprise or ERP database. Platform independent client browsers access the Wintouch eCRM server applications via the Internet or intranet and download the 100% Java client applet. Specific strengths and unique features incorporated within the Wintouch eCRM applications include powerful search capabilities, flexible design and GUI customization, and integrated mail, e-mail chat and terminal emulation.
