Version 1.5 of the synaro iCRM provides an intelligent, customer centric approach to email response management enabling businesses to route and respond to customer emails more efficiently and effectively. iCRM intelligently scans incoming messages for content, order, and customer reference. Through seamless integration to any back-end system via the synaro Integrator, iCRM automatically scans incoming messages to locate order numbers and customer names for further order reference. Messages can be immediately routed to appropriate departments, or particular CSRs based on message content and the required level of experience to respond, or responded to automatically with pre determined templates. Customer inquiries can be split into multiple issues and escalated when appropriate. Reporting functionality allows for the tracking of issues, response times and CSR productivity.
