Manage-It! Help Desk is the premier software product from Baron Software Services, Inc. It affords the user the ability to track calls and call history, maintain detailed information and reporting regarding clients, call progression and escalation. It offers a user defined knowledge base utility as well as an extensive collection of reports, data migration utilities, query and analysis tools. The newest release, version 3.0, integrates internet email and web capabilities. This version will also include complete ODBC compatibility so that the product can be used with a variety of data sources such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and Access.
