NetMagic Pro Password Management software by NetMagic Systems, Inc. is password reset and password synchronization software that reduces the Password Management load on End Users, Help Desk resources, IT Network staffs, or IT Security staffs. It accomplishes this in two ways:
[1.] By automating the steps required to service a call from an end user in order that Password Resets and Password Synchronizations across multiple platforms and applications can be accomplished in seconds, without the support staff having supervisory-level access rights to the platforms.
AND/OR
[2.] By completely removing the service call to the support staffs by having end users perform Self Service Password Management through an interface that allows end users to authenticate and then reset their own forgotten passwords.
