Our product is used by companies that need to manage the service and installation needs for large number of sites for any type of equipment. It can handle thousands of customers and thousands of sites within each customer. If you have a need to track service calls, installation orders, project quotes, shipping orders related to service & installation, plus inventory within several warehouses, then this product is for you. A billing & payment module is included to prepare invoices for the orders, and usually this information is fed to an accounting package for tracking the receivables & payables. The system supports faxing, alphapaging and emailing through its Messenger module.
