Entigo Warranty 4.1 takes advantage of new capabilities in Oracle 9i, WebLogic 8.1, JDK 1.4, and ILOG JRules 4.5. The benefits include easier configuration, more flexible maintenance, simplified business rule construction and quicker setup. The solution provides much-needed visibility into warranty programs and product quality issues to proactively address current problems and enable future product enhancement and significant cost savings.
