Design of the system provides for the management of all records associated with a risk management department: Bonds,California Disability, Certificates, Contracts, Commission, Lawsuit Documents, Policies, Property Reports, Self-Audit, Subrogations Document, Tenant, Vendors and much more. Any of these records can be assigned a document type and is based on a user definition. The user definition can be updated and changed by the user.
