Globodox is a Windows based enterprise level document management software suite designed for Medium to Large businessed to make it extremely easy to create a centralized, searchable database of your paper and electronic documents.
Scan paper documents using a scanner or drag and drop electronic documents from Windows explorer to quickly build your database. Store any amount of additional indexing information with each document. This information can later be used to quickly find or group documents based on any criteria you provide.
Globodox features powerful tools which enable you to quickly add a large number of documents to the database. Globodox support and display of over 50 different file formats. Batch addition tools also let you find documents matching a criteria and add them to the database.
The easy to use search and query tools makes finding and grouping documents a breeze. Reusable parameterized queries mean that your documents are just a click away. You can sort documents using the data stored along with them. Documents can be emailed with a single click!
Globodox databases can be MS Access based or MS SQL Server based or MySQL based. It's powerful security features enable you to control access to documents on a per user basis.
