Add2Exchange for Contacts is licensed based on number of contact relationships needed by organization. A relationship is defined by choosing one “source” folder (private/public) and one “destination” folder (private/public). Once created, new contacts or appointments created in the source folder will be automatically duplicated in the destination folder. The original appointment/contact in the source folder & the copy in the destination folder are synchronized or "tied" together. Update the original or the copy item and the updates will be auto synchronized to the "other" item.

The most popular use is for those users of Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) using Outlook connected to an Exchange Server. Some users wanted to see a copy of the Exchange calendar on their PDA, so Add2Outlook was designed to copy all the public calendar items to their personal calendar, so that ActiveSync could then copy it to their PDA. Add2Outlook can also be used in conjunction with our server product called Add2Exchange for Calendars when the users do not have server side mailboxes and want to synchronize their calendars from a local PST to a server side mailbox, and the user wants to have a public folder replicated to the server side mailbox.
