Complete desktop integration - Allows users to send and receive faxes directly from e-mail clients or from Windows applications.
Minimum need for user training – Through the addition of a “Fax To” button, sending a fax from Microsoft Outlook is as easy as sending e-mail,.
Multi-platform capability - Enables faxing from Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes/Domino, Citrix WinFrame and MetaFrame, and Microsoft Terminal Server, as well as, Windows XP, NT, and 2000 operating systems.

Print Messages & e-mail on remote fax machines – FAXport offers comprehensive printing solutions from wireless devices to any fax machine, when powered by SMSport.
Fax Broadcasting - Fax broadcasting with mail-merge capabilities is easy to use, fast, and efficient. FAXport also provides an enhanced integration with an IP Fax solution managed by OpenFax (Visit www.faxportip.com).
Centralized control and friendly user management - Provides full reporting on all incoming and outgoing faxes, including senders, recipients, and fax numbers. Users can track in real time their fax status.
Centralized security and Remote Administration - Integrated with the Corporate LAN security standards, enables administrators to assign users to groups, set access limits to faxes and attachments. Sensitive business transactions may first require approval or be monitored before transmission.
Firewall Friendly - FAXport has its own IEEE assigned sockets that lets the user configure the firewall.

Flexible installation & Intuitive Set-up - Installs to every desktop on the network in a few easy steps. Once the network manager has installed the FAXport server and Gateway, the users then click on the icon that automatically installs the client software on their desktop
