FaxFacts is a full-featured scalable fax server and/or fax-on-demand software. The FaxFacts Server is a desktop faxing product that allows broadcasting and single document faxing from Windows applications, as well as viewing of received faxes. Fax mail directs incoming faxes to a printer or stores them for future viewing and printing. To route faxes directly to a desktop DID support is offered. Graphical coversheet and Mail Merge to Fax are additional products that gets your faxes noticed. Other products in the fax server line allow faxing from web pages, integration with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook to send and receive faxes from user mailboxes and a SMTP Gateway to do e-mail-to-fax messaging. Features include load balancing, call routing, intelligent retries, complete call logging, least cost routing and status tracking. Large systems can benefit from our T1 capabilities and with our job administration module, FaxFacts allows large fax broadcasts to be easily launched and monitored from the Windows desktop. Desktop client software runs under any Windows version, the Server under Windows NT/2000/2003/XP. FaxFacts Fax-on-Demand software can be purchased with our Fax Server or alone and provides for automatic document dispencing. This "Help Yourself" faxing provides callers the ability to retreive via fax information 24/7.
