Meeting Types that Fit Your Needs

Scheduled Meetings
Create a scheduled meeting when a collaboration session will start on a specific date and time, has an estimated duration, and is not likely to reoccur. Sales presentations and training sessions to a specific prospect or customer are some of the more common applications.

Recurring Meetings
Set up a recurring meeting when you need to collaborate at regular intervals. Classic examples of this are staff and project team meetings. Other applications include regular status sharing meetings with remote employees.

Ongoing Meetings
These are virtual workspaces and yours to customize. Trainers and consultants can create client briefing rooms. Project teams create project-specific workspaces. Global sales teams create dedicated workspaces to strategize on key accounts.

Integrated Audio Options

Hosts can choose between free Skype VoIP, a No Cost Conference telephone bridge, or their own audio solution. Details on meeting audio are clearly presented to attendees in their invitations and as they enter the meeting space.

Document Sharing & File Transfer

Easily manage documents for shared viewing from the Content Management area. Upload additional files for transfer to the File Share area (attendee privileges control who can share and save files).

Annotations

Easily annotate presentations and save the outcome with the one-click Snapshot feature. The ability to annotate is based on attendee privilege.

Text Chat

Attendees can post messages to the group or select individual attendees for a "whisper" chat. Text chat is easily saved to local desktops for assistance with regulatory compliance.

Presentations Area

View shared files via the Slides tab, easily annotating, printing, and saving the group's collaborations.

Web Co-Browsing

Lead attendees on a tour of the web without worrying that they're off exploring on their own. Easily manage bookmarks in the meeting space to efficiently visit your sites of interest.

Virtual Whiteboard

Command a full set of whiteboard tools for brainstorming and collaboration. Easily save or print the results locally, or snapshot the content for automatic upload to the workspace's Content Management area (as a JPEG file).

Shared Media Center

Command collaborative viewing of media files or video elements delivered from a public or private URL address.

Application & Desktop Sharing

Add impact to product demonstrations or trainings by working directly in applications. Or collaborate directly on live documents instead of passing iterations around by email and worrying about version control problems.

On-Demand Polling

Quickly survey attendees on topics of importance. Polls are easily managed right in the meeting space and can be created, edited, and reset in real time. Whether results are visible to attendees is up to the meeting host.

Integrated Notepad

Easily capture meeting minutes, action items, project updates, or other items of importance. Each entry is "stamped" with the date, time, and name of the individual who posted it.

One-Click Snapshot

Easily capture what's on screen in the workspace at any time with one-click Snapshot. A JPEG file is automatically uploaded to the Content Management area. Attendees with the proper privilege level can save it locally from there.

Personalized Meetings Page

A personalized, password-protected “big picture” view let’s you quickly assess the meetings you’ve created and all meetings to which you are invited. Depending on your privilege level, you’re granted easy access to meeting workspaces, meeting details, editing functions, or attendee management.

Attendee Privileges

Choose from Speaker, Participant, or Guest to set a privilege level for each meeting attendee or workspace member.

Attendee Management

Easily add and delete attendees from the meeting—even in real-time.

Multiple Meeting Types

Leverage scheduled, recurring, ongoing, or instant meetings so that the type you choose best suits your objectives. Ongoing meetings equate to 24/7/365 virtual workspaces and instant meetings can be online within seconds.

Open and Private Meeting Access

Select the best access for your meeting and audience. Open meetings require only a key code. Private meetings require a unique username and key code.
