Animator3 is specially designed for postprocessing large finite element models. Direct interfaces to Abaqus, Ansys, Indeed, LS-Dyna, Madymo, Medina, Nastran, Pamcrash, Patran and Radioss are included. Animator3 is typically used for the visualization of crash and forming simulations as well as for the animation of computed mode shapes. It has the abitity to create high quality RGB, GIF or TIFF images and videos in AVI format. Animator3 writes writes session files which can be costumized to perform automatic postprocessing., Different results can be compared by loading up to 10 data sets into a single session., Animator3 has found a great recognition among the world wide automotive industry. It is implemented on most UNIX platforms. It spawns from low cost Linx PCs to high end SGI ONYXII systems.
