Field Service 400 comprises 13 integrated modules.The core of the system is the call center and dispatch modlues which allow dispatchers to view and manage the status of unlimited service calls and technicians on-line. The dispatch board is fully integrated in to a contract and preventive maintenance module so that for each call the entire customer history and equipment profile is instantly accessable. Calls can be passed manually to technicans or automatically based on location, customer preference, work type or technician skill profile. The dispatch board is integrated in to a paging module and a remote communications module for technicians in the field. Other modules include; repair shop, order entry for new instals, job management for larger jobs, inventory, purchase orders, A/R billing, sales management and fleet management. Field Service 400 is used by over 100 corporations around the world in idustries as varied as heating and ventillation, vending, heavy equipment, printing, banks, refrigeration and many others.
