CCR has developed over 15 different information imaging modules that pertain to many levels of government use. While it has been modeled after a city government in particular. Any of the modules can be easily, with little expense, adjusted for State and Federal government uses. For instance, the U.S. Navy is using CCR´s CD-ROM Jukebox Management software on their aircraft carriers and submarines.;The City Records Management module has been designed with the Secretary´s office in mind. However, the module will effectively work in a broader context of a State Secretary´s office or Federal.;The Court Records System will handle the paper workload of any size court. As with all WInOcular modules the document types are user defined and can be added to at any time. The system can grow with the needs of the court. ;The Police Department Records system tracks paper work and documents for Accidents, Offense and Arrest records. Each of these record types have a separate view and can be easily changed from one view to another. As with all WinOcular modules, the Police module has a maintenance interface to update any field. ;Employee records are always a challenge to any commerical or government concern. The WinOcular Human Resources module is the right software designed to handle all the necessary employee records.;The Department of Housing in a government has a need to track clients by social security number, project number, status, name and date. An application and zoning are examples of the types of documents that are tracked. The WinOcular system allows for the creation of folder types such as bank letters, credit application, and loan information. Again all documetn and folder types are user defined in the WinOcular system. ;Taxation is an important WinOcular module to ensure the proper records are kept for each citizen and commerical concern. The Tax Records module will track appraisal, legal, tax assesment and other types of documents.;Building and Inspection is another example that each department has its own unique set of records that must be maintained and tracked. Not unlike any other department, these records often have to be pulled and referenced. In the past, each record would be manually searched for (even on microfiche), copies made and then manually faxed or mailed. A WinOcular system ends all of that. ;Some city governments may not offer electric or gas as a Utility service but most do offer water, sewage and trash services. These are records that need daily maintenance and referencing for proper administration. The WinOcular system makes maintaining these records more efficient and less costly. ;There are more and more records being associated with the Parks and Recreation Departments of city government.
