It has been completely enhanced to keep pace with technology, while still using the solid design approach that has stood the test of time and enjoyed successful installations in multiple centralized regulating agencies in the USA. Personnel are guided through the systemˇ¦s automated license application and renewal process. Table-driven rules allow staff to administer the laws and regulations governing each profession or business. These rules are contained in tables which your staff, rather than computer programmers, set up and maintain. Flexibility is the hallmark of LicenseEase. It provides the following features:;;
- Maintains accurate and readily accessible information about license applications, test examination results, and other qualifying information on applicants.;
- Issues and renews licenses of professionals, facilities, businesses, and schools in a timely manner. ;
- Maintains current information of licensees' statuses for verification of qualified professionals and facilities. ;
- Responds to inquiries accurately and promptly. ;
- Supplies professionals and national organizations with accurate and timely license information, especially concerning disciplinary actions. ;
- Reports accurate license information to other licensees, government officials, board members, and the public. ;
