TAG is a fully integrated datam-model that can provide offender management for both Institutional (Prisons & Jails) and Community (Probation & Parole) records and processing. The user may choose from the following functional modules: Intake/Booking/Release, Schedules & Movements, Gangs & Non-associations., Legal document management, Contacts, Classification & Assessments., Housing assignment and tracking(Institutional), External Reports (Pre-sentence Reports etc.), Visitor management (Institutional), Property Management (Institutional), Sentence Administration and Calculation., Shift & Incident Logs (Institutional), Violations in Custody, Trust Accounting (Institutional), Commissary (Institutional), Inmate Payroll (Institutional), Case notes, Case plan etc, File Tracking, Workload Management, Orders & Conditions (Community), Community financials (Restitution, fines etc.).
Technology enablers inlcude: Integrated word processing, Integrated Video Imaging (Offender, visitor, tattoos etc.), Single fingerprint verification, Iris Scanning, Bar-coding and Integrated Document management (FileNet).
TAG is written using the world leading ORACLE CASE tools (Designer and Developer 2000.). Ad-hoc reportwriters include ORACLE Discoverer, ORACLE Express and Crystal Reports., Syscon also supply a full range of services to deliver and support the TAG product including: Implementation services (Installation, project management etc.), Support & Maintenance, Training, Interface development, Conversion services, Customization and enhancement development.
