Additional Product Information
EasyPlot has been designed for users who need a simple and robust plotting product that can be used to produce high quality output via the extensive range of EasyPlot’s high performance print drivers, these are available for all major operating systems both 32 and 64 bit (Windows, Linux, Solaris, Irix, HP-UX, AIX) or in the case of Windows via any installed Windows Print driver.
EasyPlot has been derived from the highly successful EasyCopy product. It can be started as a GUI or with applications running under Linux/Unix it is possible to integrate EasyPlot into plotting scripts.
EasyPlot includes the new Adaptive Page Size feature for all roll fed devices which automatically calculates the correct page size using the metric dimensions of the file to be plotted and the hardware margins of the physical plotter. The user is also able to specify the roll width loaded and there are controls for plot placement including top offset which is especially useful for logs.
The ‘Stitch PDF’ feature from EasyCopy has also been included to enable multi-page PDF well logs plot in a continuous fashion without the inter page gaps (all page sizes in the PDF must be the same).
EasyPlot also includes tools for colour adjustment, Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Output Mode (Grey, Colour, B/W), colour reversal modes and background removal. In addition there are tools for applying Stamps and Labels to the plots.
Additional documents are available on request that describe EasyPlot integration into Landmark and Petrosys plus the use CUPS for queue and job management.
